Hi Brooke,
So my main SCS focus is on overeating and dealing with urges (and keeping commitments to myself).
However, for April’s work, I would also like to focus on decluttering/organizing my house. I don’t feel like meal planning and putting everything on the calendar will take that much time nor do I feel like these two goals are mutually exclusive. Do you think it’s counter-productive to focus on both?
