Social anxiety driven question was sent too soon

Please ignore my question. I have found the solution in the worksheet “Believing new things”. I managed to coach myself into a negative cycle because I started with the negative thoughts and stayed focused on that. Now I am doing great and have found useful thoughts to practice: “I don’t need to prove anything” “I can just listen and observe and learn without obligations” In addition, I have created a lot of pain for myself, I survived it and I’m not afraid of it anymore.
I understand now the meaning of the request not to use this page for TDL but clean our thoughts before asking a question.
