I used to stand up for myself aggressively.
When someone told me something I didn’t like or when I felt provoked, I would get angry, shout, and answer very harshly.
People started calling me “aggressive” and it became my reality.
Incredible!
I started believing it and becoming an aggressive person.
True story.
Today, I care less about what others think about me and I don’t feel the urge to answer aggressively.
It’s like I believe in myself more than ever
But I would like to improve my behavior even more.
