Quick question – I am off food for pleasure, 15 days no sugar no flour plus I FELT MY FIRST URGE THROUGH!! It was awesome – seriously life changing I feel so strong now. I was wanting to know if I could do something like a protein shake for breaky and one for lunch as my protocol for a couple weeks. I just want to make stuff super simple and amp up my nutrients. Time to heal this body of mine. xo
