Every morning I get anxiety. Sometimes I wake up with it. I have been doing the work and have been really paying attention to my thoughts, but sometimes I will have a heart palpitation and hot flash and start right in with anxiety. I swear that I wasn’t thinking of anything. This morning I woke up and worked hard to have positive thoughts and felt good, then later the anxiety came. It’s like it shows up on its own. I have been struggling with anxiety for quite a while and trying to use Brooke’s teachings to let it go. I have been on no sugar and no flour and intermittent fasting for 2 weeks now, and it seems that my anxiety is stirred up. Your advice would be greatly appreciated
