Starting the 31 day goal on the 18th


Hi, I know it is always said you can’t get behind. I just watched Brooke’s video about committing to a life changing goal for January and I’m just hearing it now… on the 18th….

I am focused on losing 8 lbs this month and was working on that all month (but without the guidelines set forth in the video). It’s looking like I may not hit 8 lbs. Is it best to do this month’s work all in for January even if I didn’t get the whole month? Do you recommend starting today as day 1 or just pick up and finish up the month as January, like I’m not behind.
