Hi Coaches, I have been on Protocol since October but this weekend I going to stay at someone else’s house. I don’t want to be rude when I am offered food I don’t eat, but I don’t know how to do it without appearing rude. I guess I don’t want to have to explain my plan. I feel I have been trying to lose weight all my life and I will be judged for trying some new crazy diet. I was hoping to wait and explain to people after I lose all the weight, haha. I would love to hear your thoughts.
