No, but really. I’m having a hard time with oversleeping. I do it nearly every day even though I don’t want to.
I’m avoiding my life and my to-do list and my uncertainty about my business. Plus it’s winter in Michigan.
Where do I start? Should I start working on the thoughts that are making me want to stay in bed? Do I need a “protocol” for bedtime and wake-up? I know this really isn’t any different than overeating or overdrinking, but it FEELS different and I would love your perspective on my first steps.
