I submitted a question the other day and I never saw the answer posted. Not sure what happened there but here’s a new one. I joined in March and I only have about 10 pounds to lose but I am so struggling with a constant food focus and feeling down. I do models, 100 urges and TDL’s and what I feel very often is negative and discouraged. I know part of this is because I haven’t lost any weight and also because so much of my time was spent buffering before and now that I follow my protocol I feel negative and have to work through it. Can you help with how I can cope with this river of misery? It’s really quite miserable!
