I’ve recently realized that I am struggling with burnout. I don’t know how to scale back so that I don’t always feel like I’m in a rush or that everything is an emergency. How do I work through this? I have been practicing the habits from Monday Hour One for 4 months. My calendar ends up filling up beyond capacity and I’m so tired. I’m a wife, mother of two and working towards my first $100K in my interior design/real estate business.
