Struggling with nutrition protocol and old habits creeping in

I have been at the lake the last ten days I did very well the first five days at the lake then I start snacking here and there and having the occasional drink. It pretty much snowballed until I was in my old all-or-nothing state of mind where I was making excuses because I was going to “start again” after my holiday. I am still struggling with committing to my nutrition protocol. I am used to going with the flow and have never been a planner but I know it would do me some good. Looking for advice, guidance, help, or to be hit with a stick and told to smarten up.
