I just started Stop Overeating last week. The first two days I followed my protocol and stayed on plan, but the last couple of days, I’ve really struggled with not giving into urges. I feel like the first urge I gave into a couple days ago opened the flood gates and now I don’t have the strength to continue… it created the opportunity for a “fuck it” moment and now every urge I feel ends in a “fuck it” moment. This is bringing up a lot of baggage from my dieting days. I want to get back on track, but I also don’t want to be thinking about food, eating, urges and hunger 24/7.
