The belief that I want to accept this month is that I am thin. Using the thought ladder in the workbook, I am currently at “My body will be thin.” I am stuck on fact versus belief. Weight is a fact. I can’t be thin until I am at my goal weight. So I can’t believe that I am thin until I am at my goal weight.
I recognize that I have first have the thought that I am thin and then create that result. I keep getting stuck because thinking that I am thin when I am still overweight seems like delusion, because weight is a fact.
I just keep going in circles on this, please help!
