Hi B! How do you explain that some people aren’t affected by sugar and flour? They aren’t overweight, they don’t obsess about food, they aren’t fighting desires or urges. So curious about this. I also feel like I’m creating an unhealthy mindset around these foods by thinking if I do eat these foods, I will be introducing bad habits and desires. These foods are “bad”. It seems close to control and restriction which is not healthy approach to food in my opinion. Maybe the idea is that you can allow anything but choose not to eat them. But the reason behind my choice for sugar is easy, I feel terrible afterwards. Some but not all Flours don’t have the same affect. Does this make sense? Thanks! Kw
