Sugar free Russel Stovers Chocolates, do they follow the "No Sugar, No Flour" rule?

With scientists getting more and more tricky with the words “sugar free” I want to know your thoughts on these candies. With a serving size of 2 candies, 0g sugar but 15g Sugar alcohol. and 18g total carbohydrate, do these candies follow the rule of “no sugar, no flour”? If your answer is yes to that question, what are your feelings on the impact they may have on psychological addiction and readjusting your tastebuds? To eat them, they could easily pass for regular chocolates. I know you want food to be boring and unexciting, does this mean these should be saved for “Joy Eats”?
