Sweet potato


Hi there
I’m celebrating today as I officially bought my first pair of skinny jeans ever. I never thought this day could happen and I’ve enjoyed it so much!

I was just wondering ..
I’ve added a bit more carbs in the form of vegetables to my protocol as I was feeling hungry and I’m close to goal weight.

Why is sweet potato ok? It has quite a high sugar content according to Google. Does the sugar behave differently?

And while I’m contemplating- do I just keep losing until I feel I don’t want to lose any more.
My goal was always 62kg. I started at 68 in January. I’m 35 years old and 161cm. I’m now at 58 and thinking I’ll go to 56 and then decide. Does that sound ok?
