Hello, I would like some assistance and guidance please.
I want to explain SCS to my family. I want them to share in what I have been doing and have an understanding of what SCS is all about. I am aware this is my journey of course, however they have shown an interest in what it’s all about. Which is just terrific and I know pretty much what to say. However, one of my family members will ask me whats they science behind it all. I want to be able to answer her in a clear and concise way. Can you assist me with how to approach/asnwer this question? Is there a section in the manual somewhere where Brooke talks about it?
