Terrible Nightime Staying Up Habit

C: It is 2 AM.
T: This is terrible and unhealthy that I keep staying up this late.
F: Ashamed
A: Eat a snack. Worry. Lay in bed worrying. Chastise myself for doing screen time so late. Cry.
R: I am terrible and unhealthy.

Can you please help with this model? I have an addiction to staying up late reading on my computer.
