I attended the class today and I also listened to another “The Impossible Goal” class. I’m excited to work on this but I’m having a hard time understanding how it relates to regular goals. I have a financial goal and a weight loss goal and both are very big but am I just picking one? So, for example, if I choose weight loss do I lower my financial goal to a regular goal? Or am I just supposed to have weight loss be the one goal until I achieve it? I seem to always have the same goals on my list every year and I want to take action on them! Some are task related–I want a clean and organized house–this is clearly not an impossible goal, but is a goal that needs consistency. So if my goals are I want to loose X pounds, make X money, get 10K followers on Instagram and have a clean and organized house, can they all happen at once?
