Today and yesterday are 2 Perfect days to grow, because I have all my days planned and I did NOTHING all day long.
I woke up telling myself “I feel tired, I have a headache” (very little to be honest, but I used that as an excuse) and my day way gone. I was lazy, unmotivated, tired.
T. I have a headache, I want to stay in bed
A. Doing nothing
R. My day is gone and nothing has be done.
I have trouble getting out of it. Do you have an advice ?
