The " One Thing" .

Brooke, I’ve listened to many of your podcasts and just joined Scholars, Yay! I’ve viewed your video last night and I understand conceptually
what you are saying when you say focus on “one thing”. But what I don’t get is how. For example, If I chose ” overeating” as my one thing and I have joined in May, but also know that I need help with how I view and perceive my relationships, what do I do? Do I really dig in and study relationship management since that is the focus of May or do I use the material on Scholars to focus on my overeating? I hope that question makes sense. I understand that conquering one goal gives you the momentum to conquer others, but when each month is focus based how do you also benefit from the focus of each month? Thank you….Shiva
