The scale is not going down!


My binge eating has gone down drastically (at least 90%), I added 4 20-minute walks to my 3 30-minute workouts per week, and I don’t overeat as much during my meals.
I’m not perfect in my eating habits yet since I do overeat at times, but since it has gone down a lot, I was expecting the scale to go down too. I know I will keep going because it is now part of me to have these healthier habits, I am truly doing it for health. Still, I find it frustrating not to get to that number. I was hoping it would be explained by muscle gain, but not even according to my scale.
What is it about my thinking that I don’t see?
