Can you help me think better, create a new habit
I want to move forward and want to choose new thoughts about my ex-husband and the choices he is making in regards to our children.
I see that my unintentional thought models are looping and keep me in a place of feeling “shocked” by what he does, and also leaving me wanting validation regarding his actions.
My intentional thought model chooses thoughts that make life about me and the amazing life I want to live.
My problem… I want to not forget my intentional thoughts and stop reacting to him. I want to improve that intentional thought muscle intentionally.
