Thought suggestions for staying productive when you don’t feel well

I don’t feel well today but still want it to be a productive day work-wise.

After doing a thought download of my current thoughts, one intentional thought I came up with was, “I trust myself to know the difference between needing rest and making an excuse.” But I’m having trouble thinking of a thought that will be having me feeling committed, determined, or motivated to work at my highest level today while still being kind to myself.
