First I just want to say how much I enjoyed your last podcast episode on goal shame (boy do I have this, wow, and shame about what I’ve already accomplished too!) – it really resonated so much, and your honesty was so so helpful, seriously thank you. I would love to know where you learned about making/texting requests in the form of a question so I can look into that.
Second, I’m working on overeating, and I’m just a few weeks into my protocol. The issues with hunger are improving. Now I’m wondering how to approach addressing when I go off my protocol. So far I’ve been using the “Write it down and move on” form, but I’m wondering if I should do a thought download instead. Do you recommend anything in particular for beginners? Thank you!
