Thoughts


What are the criteria that helps make a thought feel true? Is it purely repetition? I’m assuming a big goal of thought work is finding the thoughts that serve you best and making them feel as true as possible? I know there are also other components such as thought downloads, clearing out other thoughts, etc. but as far as locking in those thoughts that you already know for sure would be good to hold as a core belief, is that just about repetition mostly? Thanks!
