Thoughts in the C line


I want to get some feedback on these two related models I’ve been working on. Is it okay to put my thoughts in the C line in this case?

C: Scale says 160 lbs
T: I shouldn’t weigh this much
F: Self hate
A: spin internally about all the things I am doing wrong, have done wrong, bargain with why the number is falsely elevated.
R: ??

C: Scale says 160 lbs – and I think I shouldn’t weigh this much
T: This is my brain offering me a practiced thought that doesn’t serve me
F: Reassured
A: allow the feeling (self-hate), describe the physical sensation of the feeling, do my morning work out
R: the feeling passed, it did not ruin my day, I did not continue down the spiral of negativity
