I am intrigued by the KETO way of eating. I am eating high fat, moderate protein and low carbs right now and I feel so good! I only eat when I am hungry and I stop when I’m full. The fats keep me satiated so it is easy!
This seems to correspond with a lot of what you recommend in How to Stop Over Eating. I would like to know your thoughts concerning KETO. Thank you for all you do for so many.
