Other thoughts for protocol besides it being a huge inconvenience


After being on the protocol for a few weeks, I have allowed my thoughts to derail me. Didnt realize why until I did a few thought downloads now. In my primitive brain, my thoughts are that the protocol is SUCH a pain in my rear. Every lunch meeting – I cant eat the food. Every out of town trip – oh, look here, I cant eat 90% of the food someone cooks for me. Every night, I have to pack my 6 oz protein, my veggies and my salad. its so annoying to me at times. And given that these thoughts of mine are so autopilot, when it comes to me remembering the “Why” and why I want to achieve my goals, the negative thoughts tend to overtake the “new” thoughts and then my actions is “just eat the pasta that is already made”
C – protocol
T- this is so restricting and so much work
F – overwhelmed. annoyed. deprived
A – eat food and eat off my protocol
R – gain weight

C – stay on protocol
T- ugh, I really dont want to. It is still so hard. I am always packing meals. All my out of town trips become so annoying to have to go search for meals instead of eat what is there
