I am on vacation this week with my family, and next week I am staying to help my Mother clean out her home. I cannot seem to get a single moment alone (even at 5AM) to work on myself & coaching. I miss coaching & tried today while my family played Monopoly to sit & do some work in my workbook but am just not in the mindset. Is it OK to take a week off completely & come back to it? I feel like I am falling behind on this work & don’t want to skip any part of the training.
