Time Management

Hello Coaches,

I’m doing the time management workbook. It is written that our thoughts determine our time and that I have to decide what I want to change about the way I think.

Can I go directly from the thought “I am so busy, I don’t have enough time” to the thought “I have plenty of time”?

I’m not sure I can believe it right away. I can’t think of any bridge thought. Could you help me?
