Time management – and that’s okay bridge

Hi there. I feel I’m really good at planning my time and honoring my commitments, though there still is room for improvement. 😉 Having tried to work with bridge thoughts, I got the feeling that accepting what is (with “and that’s okay”) keeps me from improving and growing. What are your thoughts on this? Here are my corresponding models:

UM
C – time mgmt
T – I sometimes need longer than planned
F – frustrated
A – beat myself up, cycle thoughts, do not focus, change schedule for the week
R – need longer than planned
