Time management – focusing

Hi Coaches,
I am loving April’s process of time management and my primitive brain is fighting back , so I know I am on track. My question is about mindfulness. I understand this is the intention of this work, but I do struggle with concentrating on the task at hand. You see time management has never been my downfall. I am very good at getting the task done in the time I allot myself (maybe I am allowing myself too much time), but I still have difficulty concentrating on one thing at a time. I am too much aware of what I have planned, what I want to do, and deadlines. In fact over decade ago I threw out my watches in hopes of not being so focused on time. It doesn’t have to do with indulging in confusion or anything along that line because I do get things done, and I am very efficient. I just can’t seem to focus on one task at a time. This is really evident in my personal relationships because I find I am not very present a lot of the time, so I really want this to change this behaviour. I look forward to your response. Again, thanks so much for this work, it is exactly what I needed.
