The Top Five People You Surround Yourself With


Hi Brooke,

Have you ever heard the saying, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”? I’ve been thinking about this lately as I am evolving. There are some people in my life who still buffers by overeating; basically me a year ago. I’ve come to the point where I don’t know if I want to be around them any longer. Of course I know that I am 100% responsible for my thoughts feelings, actions and results but I have to do so much thought work everytime I
Spend time with them. Have you experience evolving to someone you want to be and feeling pulled back to the old life by the people you used to hang with? Any advice on when to say goodbye or just do more thought work around it?

Here’s my thought work around this:
C. Spend time with people who overeat
T. I connect with them through eating
F. Apathetic
A. Overeat this one time
R. Fall of protocol and feel sick

New model
T. Everyone gets to show up however they want and do whatever they want. I choose to show up making decisions to improve my health and life.
F. Love
A. Eat what is right for me.
R. Stick to protocol and have great energy
