I experience a lot of trouble in falling asleep every night. As soon as I’m home and go to bed, I really don’t feel tired and feel nervous / excited inside me. This happens no matter how my day went – whether I had a big stressful day at work, whether I exercised a lot in the day, or whether I had a super chill, relaxing day. The “excitement” can be both positive or negative.
Even though I go through the “feeling the feeling” and processing the emotion, breath it out, I may feel a bit less “heavy”, but my body still doesn’t relax and go into a “sleeping mode”…
Any advise on this?
