Unable to Start Protocol


Hi,
I keep putting my protocol off for tomorrow. I keep bingeing in anticipation of going sugar and flour free tomorrow.

I am getting certified and have a Health Coach background and now I have clients who need help with weight loss. I want to lose weight to create my process and I understand this mind drama is a part of it.

However, I am struggling to commit to it. I am scheduling last minute lunches, last minute night outs and when I am home, I am just constantly eating.

This is new for me and could be due to me being back from vacation and eating a ton of sugar. I definitely feel addicted to it and also have some story about loving my chocolate!

Help!
