Hi coaches! You pointed out to me that I might be judging unplanned time as negative. So I became still, listened to myself, and I do agree. Here’s the new model I came up with:
C – calendar
T – unplanned time confronts me with emotions I can’t manage
F – restless
A – buffer immediately when unplanned time comes up (eating, cleaning, shopping), don’t hold space for emotions, avoid scheduling unplanned time, plan for every minute
R – didn’t learn to manage my emotions
I guess it would be good then to keep on scheduling unplanned time and challenge myself to manage my emotions, right?
