So I am a little confused about feeling an urge. I am doing something different and wonder how it relates and your thoughts about it. When I have an urge, let’s say for a cookie. I look at the cookie. I imagine eating the cookie. I can almost taste the cookie. I enjoy this. Then I imagine how I will feel after having eaten the cookie. Both physically and mentally. I no longer want the cookie. This feels much more active than feeling the urge. Thoughts?
