I see that I don’t fully 100% believe that my thoughts cause my results, I think my actions cause results. I’m trying to prove that the model works by using my weight as an example.

A Controlling behaviours, trying very hard to get things right, looking for evidence that it is / is not working,
R I use the model against myself
I want tangible proof that the model works, and I want to use my weight loss to prove this! But now I’m not losing weight over the past two weeks, and I feel like everything has gone wrong. The model is failing me. But actually, maybe it’s working.
How can I look at this different?
