Using the model wrongly


I find myself using the model to justify anything and everything. Even toxic relationships and red flags. Because in my mind, If I’m the creator of my experience with my thoughts, why not make everything tolerable since I have the power to do so?

I know this is a thought error but just need some other reasons or recommendations from you of why making everything “okay” or “acceptable” with the model is not the goal or proper way to use the model. Thanks for your help!
