Waking up early: fat adaptation


So I’m definitely fat adapted now… I can tell because I’m losing weight in a pretty consistent way and the other day I was busy in the morning, drank black coffee when I got up and then just forgot to eat until lunchtime. It’s very convenient!

My question is just one that I thought you might be able to answer as you’ve seen a lot of people go through this. I’ve started waking up really early in the morning. A couple hours earlier than I’d usually expect to. So while I’d usually get a solid eight hours a night, it seems more like 6.5 hours right now. Is that a phase people sometimes go through? I am also in the northern hemisphere so we’re getting very long days and early sunrises right now, but that wouldn’t usually do this to me!
