I have been on protocol for 5 days now and have lost 2 lbs. I am eating no sugar, no flour and no alcohol or coffee. My eating window is 10 am to 6pm with 3 meals in that window. I have been waking up with major hunger in the mornings. Stomach growling etc. I never used to eat that early in the past, so I thought this eating window would be fine. I am 5’10” I weigh 140 and my target weight is 125.
