Wanting a Snack/Treat When I accomplish something

I’ve noticed a lot of times after finishing a task & feeling accomplishment I want to take a break & have a snack. This also happens when I’m overwhelmed & need to get away from what I’m working on. I have noticed in the few months since I’ve started scholars that I notice the action, but don’t always act on it. What more could I be doing to set myself up for success in these situations?
