Hello! I am new to Scholars and interested in learning more about this approach to weight loss. I having trouble believing the thought that I must cut out sugar and flour in order to lose weight. I have not seen or read any of the research to support the claim which I think is why my brain won’t buy it. Also, I have evidence in my own life to support the opposite because I have lost weight in the past eating sugar and flour. Can someone point me to where this research can be found? I would love to appraise it myself.
