Weight Loss Impasse


Hi Coaches–

I have been trying since June to lose weight but instead have gained another 10 pounds. I find that I’d rather cure my sadness, isolation, and boredom with cooking and eating than feel the feelings. I’m conscious of this choice and I’m not in the overweight category yet, but I am right at the cusp and am worried that all of the things I’m avoiding feeling (due to isolation and stress) are going to continue for quite a while and I will keep gaining weight and end up with even more weight to try to lose once I can resume my life. What can I do in the immediate to reverse the upward trend?
