Hi Brooke, first: I LOVE all that you do, just amazing! After years of yoyo dieting (in spite of “knowing it all”), I finally am losing weight. Since last November, when I started, I lost 20 pounds. I have 60 more to lose, though. After all this yoyo dieting I wonder: Would it make sense to “pause” and maintain my weight for a while and then continue – or is your advise to head for the “end goal” as soon as possible and work on maintaining THEN? Thanks!
