I have been intermittent fasting with 2 meals of protein and veggies with 2 fruits a day. I have weighed 173 since July 20th. Here’s an example of yesterday:
Eating window is 12 – 8 pm No Snacks
1st Meal: 2 eggs, steamed green beans, 1 papya
2nd Meal: Chicken thigh, tossed salad, brussel sprouts, pineapple
8 glasses water a day – lemon in first glass of the day
I walk 3 miles in the morning first thing
What am I missing? I have lost 48 pounds since January and have now had a 3 month plateau. Thanks for you help. You rock and have changed my world inside and out.
