I joined scholars to work on my weight, and have had some awesome results! I’ve lost 15 lbs, and I’m so proud of myself. What I’ve found is that my body has adjusted to my protocol, my weight loss has leveled off – so my weight has plateaued at my new lower weight – and now I’m not sure how to adjust my protocol to continue losing. I’ve been sticking to my protocol and waiting to see if something changes, but it’s been the same for 6 weeks.
I’ve heard coaches say that you sometimes need to add more food in and sometimes you need to take food out of your protocol. Do I just need to experiment and see what works for my body? Is there a general recommendation or principle to follow for what to try first?
