I have been following the protocol, no sugar, no flour. I’ve occassionally had flour but I’m getting better at replacing flour with vegetables instead.
I’ve lost about six lbs in about 3 weeks so far. I’m happy with this weight loss and I’m getting more confident that I’ll continue to lose weight. I’m 5’10” and currently 214 lbs,and I would like to get to 170 lbs. I would like to get to this weight by May this year.
My question is what is a reasonable amount of weight to lose per week? Is my goal of losing 44 lbs by May realistic? I had asked this question in one of the overeating calls. The answer given was that it depends on each individual.. I agree with that notion but I’m also trying to set my goal date. Is May too aggressive?
I’m feeling great on the protocol BTW. I’ve noticed that my appetite has gone down a lot, I feel lighter and more energetic, and I like how my pants are fitting these days. I’m excited to keep going.
