weight loss protocol, part 2


Hi again! Thank you so much for answering my question yesterday so quickly (“weight loss protocol”). I totally understand that it is my plan and that I can choose what food I plan to eat and in which amounts. The only thing that is not so clear for me is if I should stick to the same amounts of the general food groups (protein, fat, fruit, grain, etc.) each day and just make variations regarding the exact food? Or can I vary the amounts of the general food groups (protein, fat, grain, fruit, etc.) in my food plan from day to day? Thanks in advance!
